Archi-Tour entitled: Architecture of Gdynia districts - Orłowo Morskie - architecture on the sands

The City of Gdynia and Gdynia Modernism Trail invite you to the next edition of Archi-Tour – an open event aimed at getting to know the city's districts closely and providing multi-generational architectural education for residents and tourists.

·         Starting point: Gdynia, 39 Orłowska Street (at the entrance to the school)

·         Start: 11:00 AM (approx. 2.5-3 h)

·         Entry free (no registration needed)

·         Organised by: Gdynia Modernism Trail

Next Sunday we return to Orłowo Morskie after nearly a year. This time, the Archi-Tour route will cover sites related to the history of the so-called Orłowo Morskie, including numerous examples of functional architecture, including villa and garden architecture, resort architecture, as well as projects in the spirit of the "avant-garde" of modernism.
Some of the architects, who actively worked here, included Włodzimierz Prochaska, Leon Mazalon, Maksymilian Zuske and Feliks Godlewski.

The Tour will be led by Jarosław Kaczmarczyk | certified tour guide of Gdynia Modernism Trail, researcher of modernism.
