Privacy Policy

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of any information of a personal nature that has been obtained in connection with the use by Users of the website under the domain www.modernizmgdyni.pl. (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal").
  2. The administrator of personal data [ADO] is Gdynia Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Gdyni Spółka z o.o.) with its registered office at 24 Armii Krajowej Street, 81-372 Gdynia, e-mail: sekretariat@arg.gdynia.pl, tel.: 58 781 83 30 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
  3. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer [DPO], who can be contacted via e-mail: sekretariat@arg.gdynia.pl, or via postal address: 24 Armii Krajowej Street, 81-372 Gdynia.
  4. The Administrator processes information about the User in accordance with the law, including in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – Journal of Laws EU.L 2016.119.1, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
  5. The Administrator takes care of the security of information concerning the Users of the Portal, in particular through appropriate safety measures, and protection against unauthorised access.
  6. All information on Users is collected automatically when they visit the sites of the Portal. This information may be used to analyse User behavior in connection with the use of the Portal, collect demographic data about User or to personalise the content of the Portal.
  7. The Administrator is in possession of the User's IP addresses and information concerning the beginning, the end and the scope of their use of the Portal, recorded in the system logs. This information is used for statistical research and concerns only what IP address used the Portal and when the Portal was used, but it is not compiled with any other personal data of individual Users.
  8. The Portal automatically collects data contained in cookies. "Cookie files" are IT data, in particularly text files, which are stored on the User's terminal units, intended for using websites.
  9. Cookies are used by the Administrator solely to operate the Portal, i.a. to recognise the User's device and display the Portal pages in a manner tailored to their individual needs, as well as to create anonymous Portal statistics. Cookies are not used to obtain any personal data of Users.
  10. In any capacity, the User may block the installation of cookies, delete permanent cookies or otherwise change the conditions for storing or receiving cookies, using the appropriate options of their web browser, e.g.:
    a. in Internet Explorer,
    b. in Mozilla Firefox,
    c. in Chrome,
    d. in Opera,
    or e. in Safari,
    provided that disabling cookies in the browser may cause difficulties or even prevent the use of the Portal.
  11. The Portal also uses the Google Analytics service, which collects, by means of cookies, anonymous information about the pages of the Portal, which are visited by its individual Users.   12. The websites of the Administrator's partners, to which links are placed on the Portal, are subject to their own privacy policy (including the use of cookies).
  13. The Portal Gdynia.pl undertakes to protect the privacy of users and comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. By using the modernizmgdyni.pl website, the User accepts the rules contained in the Privacy Policy.
  14. The User has the right to: 
    request a copy of personal data or make it available at the registered office of the Administrator of Personal Data in Gdynia (art. 15 of the GDPR)
    b. request the rectification of personal data (art. 16 of the GDPR),
     c. request to delete their personal data (art. 17 of the GDPR), the so-called "right to be forgotten",
     d. request the restriction of the processing of their personal data (art. 18 of the GDPR),
     e. request to transfer their personal data in a commonly used format to another Data Administrator indicated by them (art. 20 of the GDPR),
     f. object to the processing of personal data (art. 21 of the GDPR),
     g. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, provided that the processing takes place on the basis of prior consent (art. 7.3 GDPR).
  15. At the same time, the Administrator of Personal Data informs that pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Residence of the General Personal Data Protection Office, 00-193 Warsaw, 2 Stawki Street, tel.: 22 531 03 00), regarding the non-compliance of the processing of the personal data provided with the GDPR.
