During the tour, we will visit selected staircases of "Bankowiec", and learn about the aesthetic nuances of terazzo projects - preserved in excellent condition to this day. To the first-time visitors we will reveal the secrets of the "thermometers", "corsets" and the gazebo connected with the underground garage. The 'in situ' story will be combined with the opportunity to explore information about pre-war producers, manufacturers and craftsmen, including the stories on rare or no longer produced materials, details and objects, partly available to be "touched", thanks to all the work and research made by Maria Piradoff-Link and her friends, the Partners of "Bankowiec".

An important point of the Tour will be a visit to the only "Bankowiec Mini Museum" in Poland, an exhibition presenting the architectural and social heritage of the jewel of modernism of Gdynia and Europe. For the connoisseurs of interior design, we have additionally prepared the opportunity to look at the spatial and functional layout and details of one of the apartments, renovated in the spirit of the interwar period, with preserved window joinery details, "corset" mosaics, stone window sills and original wood flooring. The owners, being the enthusiasts of modernism, successfully integrated into the interior contemporary art and furniture icons of the 1960s and 1970s, designed in the aesthetic of minimalism.
