The Council of the City Centre District is involved in various culture-forming initiatives, including the organisation of guided walks as part of the cycles "We Explore Gdynia", "Gdynia Maritime Legend Trail" or "Gdynia Maritime Holidays". Every year, a new, attractive programme of sightseeing is prepared, uncovering new, previously unpresented 'secrets' of the city. Attendees of such trips have the opportunity to get acquainted with the most interesting places related to the creation and history of the city, especially with the architecture of modernism.
