Tuesdays with Gdynia's Modernism

The Municipal Conservator of Historical Monuments in Gdynia invites you to the first meeting in the series "Tuesdays with Gdynia's Modernism".

This July, we will find out whether Gdynia's modernist city center will be inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The UNESCO World Heritage Committee will decide on this at a session in Paris.

During the May meetings, we will outline the long-standing and multi-stage verification process that this application had to undergo. We will also present the foundations of Gdynia's modernism and explain why Gdynia's modernist city center deserves to be included on this prestigious list.

The event will take place at the Museum of the City of Gdynia on May 13th of this year (Tuesday) at 5:00 PM. Subsequent meetings in the series are scheduled for May 20th and 27th. Admission is free.
