Organised sightseeing in the area of the modernist city centre is possible, for example, under the supervision of tourist guides who specialise in servicing tourist groups who want to get acquainted with the history of the city, with particular emphasis on the heritage of modernism. The guides belong to the Franciszek Mamuszka City and Field Guides Club at the Maritime Division of Polish Tourist and Landscape Association in Gdynia (PTTK).
The guides participate in periodic specialised trainings and are prepared to present facts on Gdynia to tourists who come to visit with a very different level of knowledge about the city. The group of guides also cooperates with the Office of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments in Gdynia in the field of training on the subject of modernist architecture and its conservation. In 2020, in order to promote the heritage of modernism, the PTTK sightseeing badge "Enthusiast of Modernism" was established.
