Conservation of the City Centre development

The historical buildings of the city centre are systematically subject to conservation works. 

In many cases, the scope of works is so large that it is the largest investment since the buildings were created. Many projects are related to restoring the façades to their former glory. Often, hidden elements of the old decor of historical buildings are discovered, such as precious plaster, stone cladding and wall decorations.
