The shape of this building, which stands on the corner of Świętojańska and Krasickiego Streets, resembles a ship or a passenger ferry sailing on the water.
It was designed by Stanisław Żwirski, and the construction was completed in 1937. The pillar structure of the building can be seen through the glazed shop windows. The apartment house has been provided with a high gateway. Undoubtedly, it is one of the most interesting corner apartment houses in Gdynia, created according to the trend of streamlined expressionism .
