A corner apartment house designed by Marian Maśliński in the style of early functionalism, with streamlined forms, built in several stages in the years 1932-1935.
The expressively rounded corner, surrounded by long and also rounded balconies, refers to the silhouette of a passenger ship. The recently renovated bright façade and the window panes spectacularly reflect the light. In the corner part of the building, on the ground floor, the FOTO ELITE photo studio continues the tradition of the pre-war studio of the same name and location.
