Multifamily house "Opolanka"

Multifamily house "Opolanka", designed by Włodzimierz Prochaska and Tadeusz Jędrzejewski for the Dutkiewicz family who came from Łódź and Gdynia.

Built in stages, in the central place of the Kamienna Góra district, in 1931-1932 and 1936-1939. It is distinguished by a dynamic body with rounded corners, and strongly extended and also rounded balconies. The central glazed staircase is extended beyond the face of the wall. The attic floor of the house is effectively retracted and accentuated by vertical chimney walls.
